“The 47 (Catalan: El 47) is a 2024 Spanish historical drama film directed by Marcel Barrena and written by Barrena and Alberto Marini. It stars Eduard Fernández alongside Clara Segura and Zoe Bonafonte, exploring the hijacking of a bus in 1978 Barcelona as a form of civil disobedience.”
Membership of the Sale Film Society for 2024 costs $50 for the year.
Members will be allowed to bring guests; however, an individual guest will be asked to pay a $5 donation towards the screening.
Should guests wish to attend a second screening later in the year, they will be required to become a member of the Sale Film Society.
