As at 11.00am Saturday 2 November 2019
Today’s weather forecast of severe rain and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening have meant that it is too dangerous for tonight’s event to go ahead.
However, we have worked tirelessly to find another option and Daryl Braithwaite has generously agreed to move the performance to Sunday 3 November (tomorrow night). The re-scheduled event will take place Sunday 3 November 2019 at the Sale Botanic Gardens, the new schedule is as follows:

All tickets for the original event will be valid for the Sunday evening event, you will still require a ticket to attend. All food vendors are also returning for Sunday operating from 3.30pm for the duration of the event. Alcohol will no longer be for sale at this event.
We wish to thank you all for your understanding and hope you can join us on Sunday evening.

Daryl first found fame as lead singer of Sherbet, a band synonymous with the 70’s and their accomplishments during their long career were many. During this period he won the Australian King of Pop award 3 times.
In November 1990 Daryl released his follow up album ‘Rise’, Daryl again proved that he had what it takes to make an album work and both the critics and public agreed. Rise boasted a further 5 hit singles. The most popular was undoubtedly “The Horses’, holding the #1 position on the national charts over 3 consecutive weeks. The unexpected success of this single led to being voted “Australian Song of the year’ at the 1991 Australian Music Awards.
