A Year in Concert – Sale City Band

Join us for an unforgettable musical journey as the Sale City Band performs a spectacular Year in Concert.

This show is a culmination of brass band tradition, local talent and vibrant themes based on the events of 2024. There are featured artists from the local community, performing both vocal and instrumental solos, backed by the full sound of the versatile 25-piece brass band.

Melodic nature sounds will reflect local artist Annemeike Mein’s amazing exhibition, vibrant fanfare will honour our Olympic champions and you will be toe tapping along to the swing and rock sounds of our resident singer Izzie Wicks, joined by local legend Jonathon Kendall.

The talented band will showcase the major works that they have spent all year perfecting and performing, and some young up-and-coming legends will show the audience that the future of live music in Sale is bright.
