Two weeks ago we were notified by our current ticketing system providers that the product we use for ticket sales, event bookings and customer management will no longer be in operation from the 16 December 2020.
This is very disappointing and now we are working frantically to implement a new system by early December.
We understand that there have been a number of issues, particularly when trying to purchase tickets online. We share your frustration and we are working hard to do what we can however, the current system support are no longer fixing any problems which arise.
If you are having issues with purchasing tickets, please contact our box office team who can help you. The office hours are Tuesday to Friday 10.30am to 2.00pm and the number is 03 5143 3200 you can also direct message us via Facebook or Instagram or email [email protected], we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as quickly as we can.
There will be a period in early December where we will have all sales offline for a brief period whilst we transition to the new system, we will notify all customers when we finalise the schedule with our new system providers.
