All precautions are in place to ensure a safe environment, with strict and thorough cleaning and distancing measures in place from the foyer through to the theatre.
If you have purchased a ticket but are unwell, notify us 24 hours prior to the performance and we will be happy to issue either an exchange, credit or refund, post-performance we will still offer either a credit to your account or ticket exchange to another show if you were unable to attend due to health.
In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled show, the box office team will contact you either via phone or email to notify you and offer either an exchange, credit or refund.
In line with new restrictions set by the Victorian State Government please note that patrons whose primary residence is within Melbourne or the Mitchell Shire will not be permitted to physically attend any performance at The Wedge until restrictions have lifted and further advice has been received.
