Hirayama lives happily as a cleaner in Tokyo, but his routine is upended the arrival of his estranged niece. Directed by acclaimed German auteur Wim Wenders (Wings of Desire).

Membership of the Sale Film Society for 2025 costs $50 for the year.

Members will be allowed to bring guests; however, an individual guest will be asked to pay a $5 donation towards the screening.

Should guests wish to attend a second screening later in the year, they will be required to become a member of the Sale Film Society.

Memberships can be purchased in person at The Wedge box office or online.
