Stage Door Twilight Sessions

In a first for Performing Arts Centres in regional Victoria since the easing of some restrictions, The Wedge is excited to bring you its Stage Door Twilight Sessions.

Each event in this outdoor series will feature a diverse range of performers who will take to a specially designed stage behind The Wedge Performing Arts Centre, overlooking the Port of Sale.

The Stage Door Twilight Sessions will showcase some amazing local talent over the coming weeks including Imogen Price, Frank, Harry Hookey, Micka Harrington, Erin McKinney as well as a special Halloween Performance, plus many more.

There will be specially designed seating arrangements which adhere to the 1.5 metre social distance rule available each night, however attendees will be allowed to bring their own portable seating or blankets if they wish to do so.

To sweeten the deal, The Dock Food will also be on hand serving food and drinks each night.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

VICTORIAN PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES WILL ALLOW FOR A MAXIMUM OF 50 PEOPLE TO ATTEND EACH EVENT, therefore limited tickets will be available for these performances.

PLEASE PRE BOOK YOUR TICKETS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTED ON THE NIGHT.

The Wedge box office will open from Tuesday 22 September and operating from 10:00 am  – 2.00pm Tuesday to Friday, you can either visit in person or call us directly on 03 5143 3200. The box office will be set up at the loading dock 1 hour prior to each performance.

All precautions are in place to ensure a safe environment, with strict and thorough cleaning and distancing measures in place.

If you have purchased a ticket but are unwell, notify us 24 hours prior to the performance and we will be happy to issue either an exchange, credit or refund, post-performance we will still offer either a credit to your account or ticket exchange to another show if you were unable to attend due to health.

In line with restrictions set by the Victorian State Government please note that patrons whose primary residence is within Greater Melbourne will not be permitted to physically attend any performance at The Wedge until restrictions have lifted and further advice has been received.

The Wedge will notify ticket holders 2 hours prior to the event if there is a postponement due to bad weather.  We will be in contact to either reschedule, exchange, credit or refund.

Q. Is the event BYO?

A. This event is not BYO. Food and drink will be provided by Dock Espresso Bar and will be available for purchase during the event.

Q. Will there be designated seating?

A. There will be no designated seating arrangements, however seating will be provided and will adhere to the 1.5 metre physical distance rules.

Q. Do I need to bring ID?

A. Yes you will need to bring ID to prove your place of residence. Those who live within Greater Melbourne will not be allowed to attend the event.

Q. Do I need to wear a mask?

A. Yes. No mask, no entry.
