WINDCATCHER – NAIDOC WEEK FILM SCREENING

Join us during NAIDOC Week for a special community screening of Windcatcher (2024), a heartwarming Australian film celebrating courage, connection, and culture.

Windcatcher follows Percy Boy, a fast-running First Nations boy who teams up with his friends Keithy and Daisy to take on the school bullies at the athletics carnival. Along the way, Percy Boy discovers he can see Lost Souls- a gift from his grandfather- which he must use to help his family and community when a crisis unfolds. With themes of friendship, family, and resilience, this uplifting story is perfect for all ages. The movie is rated PG.

All community members are welcome. This is a free, family-friendly event.
